Fast 4's are usually announced in advance, for a specific time limit, usually a few hours time. These are all s/e's, with an entry fee of no more than 25 bux, and as little as 5 bux. These tours all take place outside verifiable games. [IE: Played in leaderboard or table games, with the exception of Tri Peaks, 3 hand format.]
